Company summit trek · TanzaniaA summit trek for a company group, planned around a climb everyone could finish: the route, the acclimatisation days, guides, kit and briefings before anyone left home. It was the second offsite the company ran with us.

Business-school alumni reunion · 60 peopleSixty members of a business-school alumni batch, together again on the southern coast of Sri Lanka. Met at the airport, settled in by the sea, and given days they would remember doing together: a guided scuba dive for first-timers and divers alike, time on the water, and a gala night that turned into a party.

Friends' reunion trip · 9 daysA women's travel group reunited for nine days across Türkiye, from the valleys of Cappadocia to long evenings outdoors. We planned the route, stays, transfers and experiences so the group could concentrate on being together.

Tour of Tamil Nadu
Official travel partner · 60+ riders · 7 daysOfficial travel partner to the Tour of Tamil Nadu, a multi-day cycling tour run by a not-for-profit cycling association. We helped design the tour and handled group hospitality for more than sixty riders as they crossed the mountains and regions of Tamil Nadu: stays, meals and on-ground support, moving with the riders every day.
Palar Off-Road, Chennai
Travel, hospitality & on-ground operations · Motorsport eventTravel, hospitality and on-ground operations partner for an off-road motorsport event along the Palar near Chennai. We handled the full hotel buyout, accommodation, meals and hospitality for drivers, crews and support teams, while coordinating with the marshals on race timings and helping run the event on the ground.

Singapore
School tripMuseums, heritage walks and Singapore's planned city, balanced with Sentosa and plenty of fun, from a comfortable resort base. Students saw how a small island built itself, and still had the trip they'd been looking forward to.
