Your faculty leads the learning. We take the programme into the field.

We design and run the field component of executive and degree programmes: study treks, international immersions and field modules built around a serious subject, and led by your faculty.

A covered street in Asakusa, Tokyo

Formats

The part of the programme that happens outside the room.

Participants remember what they saw and who they met. We make sure every visit earns its place in the learning.

  • 3–4 nights

    Field modules

A few days in an offsite setting inside an existing programme: sessions led by your faculty, with the site visits and conversations that make the subject real.

  • 5–12 days

    International immersions

A cohort crossing one country or several, built around a single question rather than a tour of company lobbies.

  • 3–7 days

    Study treks

Domestic or international treks into a sector, a cluster or an ecosystem, with structured reflection each day.

  • Custom

    Corporate programmes

Leadership programmes you run for corporate clients, with a field component designed around what those leaders need to see.

What we do

You own the learning. We own the field.

The certificate, the faculty and the curriculum stay yours. We bring the design, the access and the delivery.

  • Design

    The field component

The subject, the route, the order of visits and the time for reflection, designed with your programme team.

  • Access

    The people and places

Founders, operators, policymakers, factory floors and city planners, found, briefed and scheduled.

  • Delivery

    Every logistic

Flights, visas, rooms, transfers, meeting spaces, meals and our team on the ground throughout.

How we work

Four questions behind every programme.

  1. 01

    Objective

What should be different when everyone gets home? We start there, not with a destination.

  2. 02

    Design

The subject decides the place. Then comes the shape of the days: what happens when, and what's left unscheduled on purpose.

  3. 03

    Access

The people and places that make the trip worth taking: a founder, a factory floor, a city planner, a guide who knows the mountain. We find them and arrange the time.

  4. 04

    Delivery

One team from the first call to the last transfer, on the ground with you throughout.

Questions

Business schools: common questions

Who leads the learning?

Your faculty. We design the field component around your learning objectives and run everything around the sessions: the setting, the visits, the people and every logistic.

Can you work inside an existing programme?

Yes. A field module can sit inside an existing executive or degree programme, as a study trek, an international immersion or a few days in an offsite setting between classroom modules.

Do you only work in India?

No. The subject decides the place, whether that is a few days in India or an immersion across several countries.

Can you help design a new programme with us?

Yes. We can work with your programme team from the first outline, shaping the subject, the route and the people participants meet, and then run it.

How early should we start?

For international immersions, ideally six months ahead of the cohort travelling. Domestic field modules can often be put together in less time.

Who handles logistics and operations on the ground?

We do. Our team plans and runs the programme end to end and is with the group on the ground, from arrival to departure, so your faculty or teachers can focus on the learning.

How do you approach duty of care and safeguarding?

Duty of care is planned into every programme from the outset: a named lead with the group, vetted accommodation and transport, and clear emergency and escalation procedures. For school groups, supervision, medical needs and parent communication are agreed with the school during planning, and our safeguarding documentation is shared as part of programme planning and procurement.

Can you work within our procurement process?

Yes. We can register as a vendor, share company documents, and provide a detailed programme proposal with itemised costing in the format your institution needs. We're also happy to work with suppliers you already use.

Tell us about your programme.

Share the cohort, the rough dates and what you want participants to understand. We'll get back to you with questions and a first idea.
