Who we are
The team behind Signature Offsites.
Signature Offsites is built on more than fifteen years of experience designing and running group programmes — from a leadership team of ten around one table to a company of several hundred and an executive cohort crossing three cities. It was founded by Sindhu Shanmugam, and the work today is shared across a core team and trusted specialists.
Our core team brings experience across programme design and facilitation, travel and hospitality, logistics, events and on-ground operations. We work with trusted specialists when a programme benefits from a particular speaker, facilitator, local expert or specialist operator.
