For organisations
From a leadership table to the whole company.
Companies, leadership teams, sales teams, alumni groups and associations. Tell us what you want people to come back with, and we'll design where to go, what happens there, and run every part of it.
What we do
Six ways to bring people together.
Meetings, incentives and group travel (MICE), designed around a programme rather than just the logistics.
Leadership retreats
Strategy meetings, board retreats and time away for the people who run the company.
Leadership retreats →Align · reconnectCompany offsites
Time away for whole teams and companies, including remote and hybrid ones.
Company offsites →Reward · recogniseIncentives
Reward trips for sales teams, high performers, dealers and partners.
Incentives →Celebrate · mark itCompany gatherings
Anniversaries, launches and the occasions that deserve everyone in one place.
Company gatherings →ReconnectReunions & groups
Alumni batches, associations and clubs, in India and abroad.
Reunions & groups →Deliver · moveEvent & group travel
Travel, hospitality and on-ground operations for events, conferences and large moving groups.
Event & group travel →From brief to programme
Every brief has a better idea in it.
Two example briefs, and what we'd build.
Their brief
“Our leadership team needs three days away to agree next year's plan. Somewhere that feels far away but is easy to reach. Not a hotel conference room.”
Our take
Ten people don't need a resort. They need a house. We'd take a whole lodge in the Punakha valley in Bhutan: no other guests, working sessions by the fire. Then we'd add what they didn't ask for: an evening with someone who has spent a career on how Bhutan measures progress, in a country that has developed its own way of thinking about progress beyond GDP. It's a sharper conversation about what your company measures than any offsite slide.
The programme
- Fly into Paro, drive over the pass to Punakha
- Day 1: arrive, riverside walk, welcome dinner
- Day 2: two working sessions, then the evening conversation
- Day 3: close the decisions, afternoon hike, farewell dinner
- Facilitator optional
Their brief
“We're fully remote. Most of our 120 people have never met in person. Four days, early next year. We want it to feel like a company, not a conference.”
Our take
Don't share a resort with strangers. Take all of it, so every lawn, hall and dining room is yours. Then give the whole company one shared hard thing: a company trek on day two, with graded routes so everyone arrives at the same viewpoint for lunch. The point isn't the climb. It's what the team has experienced together by the time they sit down again.
The programme
- Full resort buyout
- Day 1: arrivals, team tables, welcome evening
- Day 2: the company trek
- Day 3: founders' session, breakouts, team challenge
- Day 4: celebration and departures
- Flights from 18 cities, all transfers, AV through specialist partners, our team on site throughout

Questions
For organisations: common questions
Can you design an offsite around a specific business objective?
Yes. That is where we start. Whether the aim is agreeing a plan, bringing a remote team together or rewarding the people who hit their numbers, the objective decides the programme, and the destination comes after that.
Can you plan for a remote or hybrid team?
Yes. We regularly bring together people who normally work apart, coordinating flights, trains and road transfers from many cities so everyone arrives in time for the first session. For teams meeting for the first time, we design the first day around getting people talking.
Can you handle a large group?
From a leadership team of ten around one table to a whole company or cohort. The planning scales with the group: larger programmes are organised into accommodation, movement, sessions, production, participant communication and on-site delivery, each with a clear owner. Where a brief needs staging, AV or production, we bring in specialists, and you still have one accountable lead, backed by the wider team.
Can you work with our venue or our travel desk?
Yes. If you've already chosen a venue, we can design and run the programme there. If your travel desk books flights, we work alongside them on timings and manifests. Our role can be as broad or as focused as the brief requires.
Do you arrange speakers, facilitators and team experiences?
Yes. We source and brief speakers and facilitators, or work with the people you already use, and build breakouts, team experiences, adventure and wellness into the days around what the gathering needs to achieve.
Can you design purpose-led or CSR programmes?
Yes. Some programmes start from a social objective rather than a business one: employee volunteering, CSR field visits, or time with the communities and organisations connected to an issue. We design them the same way, starting with what needs to happen on the ground. See our work in Bodh Gaya.
Do you only do offsites?
No. We also plan incentive trips, company gatherings and celebrations, alumni reunions and association trips, travel for conferences and events, and field programmes for leadership teams.
What happens after I send a brief, and how do you price it?
We get back to you with a few questions, then come back with a first idea: where, what happens and why, with itemised costs. Every programme is costed to the brief, so you can see exactly where the budget goes, and adjust it, before anything is confirmed.
