How we work
Four questions behind every programme.
Every programme goes through the same four questions, whether it's a leadership team of ten, a company of several hundred or a cohort crossing three cities.
- 01
Objective
What should be different when everyone gets home?
A team that agrees the plan. A company that feels like one. A cohort that understands a market. We start there, not with a destination.
- 02
Design
What should the programme actually look like?
The subject decides the place. Then the shape of the days: what happens when, who leads which session, and what's left unscheduled on purpose.
- 03
Access
Who and what should people come into contact with?
A founder who has been through it, a factory floor, an estate manager, a city planner, a guide who knows the mountain. We find them, brief them and arrange the time.
- 04
Delivery
Can it be run, end to end?
Flights, rooms, transfers, meeting spaces, meals, experiences and our team on the ground, from the first arrival to the last transfer home.
Programme design
What can go into the days.
Getting everyone there is only the start. What happens in the sessions, and between them, is what people take back to work. We shape the programme around your objective: alignment, team building, leadership development, or simply time to have fun and recharge.
- Learn
Speaker series
Keynotes, fireside chats and expert sessions matched to your theme. We source and brief the speakers, and run each session on the day.
- Align
Breakouts and workshops
Facilitated breakout sessions and workshops, built around the conversations and decisions your team needs to reach.
- Connect
Team-building experiences
Shared challenges designed to build trust rather than fill time, from problem-solving games to cooking together and cultural experiences.
- Lead
Leadership experiences
Immersive and outdoor experiences that stretch leaders, followed by structured reflection that links them back to how they lead.
- Unwind
Adventure and fun
Treks, rafting, water sports, safaris, games nights and the celebration evening. The moments people are still talking about on Monday.
- Recharge
Wellness
Sunrise yoga, meditation, spa time and slow mornings, so a packed programme still leaves people rested.
The practical part
And yes, we handle all of it.
One team runs every part of the programme once it's designed.
- Every supplier and line item vetted
- Flights and visas
- Rooms and full buyouts
- Transfers
- Meeting spaces and AV, through specialist partners
- Speaker series, breakouts and workshops
- Team-building, adventure and wellness
- Meals and evenings
- Our team on site, start to finish
The details
Planned before anyone arrives.
The room, the evening and the small things, all ready before the group walks in. These are from our own programmes.

From brief to back home
Five stages, one point of contact.
The earlier we start, the more choice you have. International programmes need the longest lead time.
- 1
The brief
Start with the why
Who is coming, when, from where, the budget per person and what the gathering needs to achieve.
- 2
The options
Costed proposals
Destinations, venues and an outline programme, itemised and ready to share with whoever signs off.
- 3
The lock-in
Contracts and run-of-show
Suppliers confirmed, rooming and dietary lists built, and every day planned hour by hour.
- 4
The days
On the ground
Our team is with yours throughout, from the first arrival to the last transfer home.
- ✓
The wrap
Closed properly
Final accounts settled, feedback gathered from your people and a debrief to make next year better.
Questions
How we work: common questions
What happens after I send a brief?
We get back to you with a few questions. Then we come back with a first idea: where, what happens and why, with itemised costs.
Do you only handle logistics?
No. We design the programme as well: the setting, the sessions, the experiences and the people participants meet. Then we run all of it.
Can you handle large groups?
Yes. For larger programmes that need staging, AV or production, we bring in specialist partners, and you still have one accountable lead, backed by the wider team.
How do you price a programme?
Every programme is costed to the brief. You receive itemised options, so you can see exactly where the budget goes before you commit.
