Leadership: common questions
How close to the city can we hold a leadership offsite?
Very close, if that suits you. Many cities have excellent options within two or three hours by road, which keeps travel time low for a one- or two-night strategy meeting.
Can you arrange a facilitator?
Yes. We can suggest facilitators for strategy, alignment or team sessions, or support the facilitator you already work with.
How do you handle confidentiality?
We share only the details suppliers need to deliver their part, keep the planning circle small and are happy to work under your confidentiality terms.
Can a leadership meeting run alongside a larger company retreat?
Yes. A leadership session a day before the wider team arrives is a common format, and we plan both as one programme.
