Retreats · India & abroad
Corporate retreats that give teams room to think.
Time away to align on what comes next, reconnect as a team and come back with energy. We find the right place, build the programme around your agenda and run every day on the ground.

Why it matters
A good retreat changes what happens on Monday.
- Align
Everyone leaves with the same priorities
Planning sessions and all-hands time built into the days, so the team goes home with one version of the plan, not three.
- Reconnect
Especially for hybrid and remote teams
For people who mostly meet on screens, a few days in the same place builds the trust that makes the next year of work easier.
- Recharge
Rested, not more tired
Enough time off the agenda for walks, meals and experiences, so people come back refreshed rather than drained.

Programme design
Sessions and experiences with a purpose.
Getting everyone there is only the start. What happens in the sessions, and between them, is what people take back to work. We shape the programme around your objective: alignment, team building, leadership development, or simply time to have fun and recharge.
- Learn
Speaker series
Keynotes, fireside chats and expert sessions matched to your theme. We source and brief the speakers, and run each session on the day.
- Align
Breakouts and workshops
Facilitated breakout sessions and workshops, built around the conversations and decisions your team needs to reach.
- Connect
Team-building experiences
Shared challenges designed to build trust rather than fill time, from problem-solving games to cooking together and cultural experiences.
- Lead
Leadership experiences
Immersive and outdoor experiences that stretch leaders, followed by structured reflection that links them back to how they lead.
- Unwind
Adventure and fun
Treks, rafting, water sports, safaris, games nights and the celebration evening. The moments people are still talking about on Monday.
- Recharge
Wellness
Sunrise yoga, meditation, spa time and slow mornings, so a packed programme still leaves people rested.
How we work

Our team is with yours throughout, from the first arrival to the last transfer home.
- ✓
The wrap
Closed properly
Final accounts settled, feedback gathered from your people and a debrief to make next year better.
Questions
Retreats: common questions
How long should a corporate retreat be?
Most companies choose three or four nights. That leaves room for a travel day, two full days of sessions and experiences, and time to unwind. Two nights works well for a retreat within driving distance.
Can you plan a retreat for a remote or hybrid team?
Yes. We regularly bring teams together from many different cities, coordinating flights, trains and road transfers so everyone arrives in time for the first session.
Do you arrange facilitators and speakers?
Yes. We can bring in facilitators, speakers and workshop leaders to suit your agenda, or work alongside the people you already use.
What does a corporate retreat cost?
It depends on the destination, season, length and the kind of rooms and experiences you want. Tell us your budget per person and we will show you itemised options that fit it.
Tell us what you're planning.
Share a few basics and we'll get back to you with ideas, options and costs. Or call us to start the conversation right away.
