For institutions

Your faculty leads the learning. We take it into the field.

Business schools, executive education, schools and universities. We design and run the part of your programme that happens outside the room, around your learning objectives.

Real work

A school trip we ran.

A school group at the Gardens by the Bay sign, Singapore

Singapore

School trip

A school group in a city that planned its own future.

Museums, heritage walks and Singapore's planned city, balanced with Sentosa and plenty of fun, from a comfortable resort base. Students saw how a small island built itself, and still had the trip they'd been looking forward to.

From brief to programme

Two briefs, two answers.

An example executive-education brief, and a real school trip we'd redesign.

Their brief

From: Programme director, senior executive cohort
Subject: This year's international immersion

“Our senior cohort does an international immersion every year. We want it to be about something, not a tour of company lobbies.”

Our take

Give the trip one question: how are Asia's most ambitious cities planning for density, ageing and technology? Three cities, three answers. Singapore plans for everything, Seoul builds digital-first, and Tokyo is living the ageing future first. The cohort compares them as it goes, and every visit earns its place by answering the question.

The programme

  • Faculty-led, around the programme's learning objectives
  • Urban planners, founders and operators in each city
  • Site visits across mobility, housing, eldercare and technology
  • Daily reflection sessions
  • A closing synthesis the cohort presents
  • We design the field component and run every logistic

How we work

Four questions behind every programme.

  1. 01

    Objective

What should be different when everyone gets home? We start there, not with a destination.

  2. 02

    Design

The subject decides the place. Then comes the shape of the days: what happens when, and what's left unscheduled on purpose.

  3. 03

    Access

The people and places that make the trip worth taking: a founder, a factory floor, a city planner, a guide who knows the mountain. We find them and arrange the time.

  4. 04

    Delivery

One team from the first call to the last transfer, on the ground with you throughout.

Questions

For institutions: common questions

Who leads the learning?

Your faculty or teachers. We design the field component around your learning objectives and run everything around the sessions: the setting, the visits, the people participants meet and every logistic. The certificate, the curriculum and the teaching stay yours.

Can you build around an existing curriculum or programme?

Yes. We start from what participants are studying and what they should understand by the end, then choose the places, visits and conversations that make that concrete. A field module can sit inside an existing executive or degree programme, or around a school's syllabus.

Can you redesign a trip we already run?

Yes, and it's often the best place to start. We keep the destinations and experiences that already work, including the fun ones students look forward to, then rebuild the days around the school's learning objectives: the right encounters, time to reflect, and a student project that brings the trip back into the classroom. It stays the trip students were excited about. It just teaches something now.

Do you handle international study programmes?

Yes. The subject decides the place, whether that is a few days in India or a programme across several countries. We handle flights, visas, accommodation, transfers, site visits and meetings, and plan the route so time goes on learning rather than long transfers.

Who handles logistics and operations on the ground?

We do. Our team plans and runs the programme end to end and is with the group on the ground, from arrival to departure, so your faculty or teachers can focus on the learning.

How do you approach duty of care and safeguarding?

Duty of care is planned into every programme from the outset: a named lead with the group, vetted accommodation and transport, and clear emergency and escalation procedures. For school groups, supervision, medical needs and parent communication are agreed with the school during planning, and our safeguarding documentation is shared as part of programme planning and procurement.

Can you work within our procurement process?

Yes. We can register as a vendor, share company documents, and provide a detailed programme proposal with itemised costing in the format your institution needs. We're also happy to work with suppliers you already use.

How early should we start?

For international programmes, ideally six months before the group travels, and longer for school trips that need parent consent and payment schedules. Domestic field programmes can often be put together in less time.

Tell us about your programme.

Share the group, the rough dates and what you want them to understand. We'll get back to you with questions and a first idea.
