Educational journeys built around what students are learning.

We design and run field programmes and study trips for schools and universities, starting with the subject, not the sightseeing. Your teachers lead the learning; we take it into the field.

Formats

A trip that belongs in the curriculum.

Built with your teachers, around the subject and the year group.

  • Schools

    Domestic field programmes

Several days built around one subject, with visits, conversations and hands-on sessions, and a project students take back to class.

  • Schools

    International study trips

A journey abroad with a clear purpose, designed with your teachers around what students are studying.

  • Universities

    Field courses and study tours

Discipline-led field work for university cohorts, from a few days to a few weeks.

A real school trip, redesigned

Keep the fun. Add the point.

A six-day Malaysia trip a Hyderabad school already runs, and what we would change.

The usual version

For: A Hyderabad school
Trip: Malaysia, 5 nights, called "Asian culture and modernity"

  • Petronas Towers and KL Tower
  • Genting Highlands and a cable car
  • A full day at a theme park
  • A chocolate factory, a bird park and mall time
  • A "media project" running alongside

The trip is already called Asian culture and modernity. Most of the six days are spent at attractions.

Our take

Keep the fun: the towers, the cable cars and a theme-park afternoon all stay. Then give the six days the question the trip's own title asks: how did a young, multicultural country build a modern economy in two generations? Every stop answers a piece of it, and the media project becomes the students' answer.

The programme

  • Day 1: KL Tower at dusk, reading the city from above
  • Day 2: Merdeka Square, Chinatown, Little India and Kampung Baru on one walk: three communities, one city. Then Batu Caves
  • Day 3: Royal Selangor, from tin mining to a global brand. Then the rainforest science of FRIM
  • Day 4: Putrajaya, a capital designed from scratch. Fireflies and mangroves at Kuala Selangor
  • Day 5: Petronas Towers and Petrosains science centre, then the theme park
  • Day 6: student teams present their answer, closing ceremony, fly home

Singapore

School trip

A school group in a city that planned its own future.

Museums, heritage walks and Singapore's planned city, balanced with Sentosa and plenty of fun, from a comfortable resort base. Students saw how a small island built itself, and still had the trip they'd been looking forward to.

Safeguarding & duty of care

Planned in from the first conversation.

School programmes are designed with safeguarding, supervision, medical needs, emergency procedures and vetted suppliers considered from the outset. Our safeguarding documentation is shared with schools as part of programme planning and procurement.

Questions

Schools and universities: common questions

What kind of trips do you design?

Educational journeys built around what students are learning: domestic field programmes, international study trips and university field courses, rather than sightseeing tours.

Who leads the learning on the trip?

Your teachers or faculty. We design the programme around your curriculum with them, and run everything around the learning.

Can a trip connect to a specific subject?

Yes. We start with the subject and the learning objectives, whether that is geography, economics, science, history or an interdisciplinary theme, and build the route from there.

Do you work in India and abroad?

Yes. Many schools start with a domestic programme and add an international version later.

What would you need from us to start?

The year group, the rough dates, the subject or theme, and what you want students to come back with.

Can you redesign a trip we already run?

Yes, and it's often the best place to start. We keep the destinations and experiences that already work, including the fun ones students look forward to, then rebuild the days around the school's learning objectives: the right encounters, time to reflect, and a student project that brings the trip back into the classroom. It stays the trip students were excited about. It just teaches something now.

How do you approach duty of care and safeguarding?

Duty of care is planned into every programme from the outset: a named lead with the group, vetted accommodation and transport, and clear emergency and escalation procedures. For school groups, supervision, medical needs and parent communication are agreed with the school during planning, and our safeguarding documentation is shared as part of programme planning and procurement.

Can you work within our procurement process?

Yes. We can register as a vendor, share company documents, and provide a detailed programme proposal with itemised costing in the format your institution needs. We're also happy to work with suppliers you already use.

Tell us what your students are learning.

Share the year group, rough dates and the subject. We'll get back to you with questions and a first idea.
